Pat Walling wraps up her time at Havre de Grace High School on Wednesday.
Walling is headed to John Archer School in Bel Air to serve as principal after six years in that capacity at Havre de Grace.
During last week's senior awards program, the Havre de Grace Chamber Singers gave Walling a farewell, performing a rendition of "My Old Kentucky Home."
Choral director David Tramontana said it was his hope that Walling looked back at Havre de Grace as an extension of her own home.
Jim Reynolds, an assistant principal at Bel Air High School and a former assistant in Havre de Grace, will become principal at Havre de Grace for the 2012-2013 school year.
