The City of Havre de Grace was in full costume Monday night for the Havre de Grace Mardi Gras Parade.

Some parade attendees said the event gets bigger and better every year. One thing's for sure, the event boasted fun for the whole family with music, local floats, masks, beads and glowing toys readily available.

Denise Rainville of Charlestown and her 3-year-old daughter, Laura Joy Rainville, traveled to the Havre de Grace in full costume specifically for the celebration. See attached video.

Rainville explained she attends events in Havre de Grace because they are kid friendly.
