Wintry Mix, Temperatures Below Freezing in HdG Forecast
The National Weather Service is calling for a white day after Christmas in Havre de Grace.
Roads may be icy on Wednesday, with a wintry mix moving through Havre de Grace in the morning followed by rain and low temperatures.
Effective Dec. 26, the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a hazardous weather outlook for Harford County and much of Maryland. The report included a small craft advisory and chance of coastal flooding for bay area communities Wednesday afternoon and evening.
In Havre de Grace, there’s a 100 percent chance of snow and sleet before 10 a.m., according to the NWS report, and it will rain throughout the day.
Temperatures may dip below freezing and roads could be slick as a result, with the NWS calling for a low of 28 degrees and a high of 40 in Havre de Grace.
