Alliance Street, 400 block. 11:41 p.m. on Feb. 15. A house was egged.

Seneca Avenue, 200 block. 4:01 p.m. on Feb. 15. A motorcycle tag was stolen.

N. Washington Street, 100 block. 3:05 p.m. on Feb. 15. A truck was keyed, with one long scratch along the driver's side of the vehicle.

Saint James Terrace, 700 block. 2:17 p.m. on Feb. 15. Money was reported stolen, in an incident police said was related to a theft the previous day in the same location.

Webb Lane, 400 block. 10:57 a.m. on Feb. 15. Several boards were damaged on a fence. Estimated damage was $50.

Washington Street, 300 block. 10:06 p.m. on Feb. 14. A home was ransacked, and picture frames, a couch and TV were damaged.

Pulaski Highway, 900 block. 8:36 p.m. on Feb. 14. A yellow Mazda Protege was spray-painted. It was owned by the same person who lived in the apartment that was vandalized on Washington Street, and police said they have identified one suspect.

Congress Avenue, 700 block. 11:14 a.m. on Feb. 14. A 17-year-old student was charged with possession of paraphernalia. The school resource officer noticed the girl leave Havre de Grace High School during school hours and return a short time later, with a glass device for smoking marijuana. The case was referred to the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services.

Saint James Terrace, 700 block. 10:36 a.m. on Feb. 14. Money was reported stolen from a residence.

Alliance Street, 400 block. 8:19 a.m. on Feb. 14. Approximately 12 CDs, a sunglasses case and gas treatment were stolen from a red Chevy Cavalier. The items were valued at $140.
