The Soroptimists International of Havre de Grace present Mayor Wayne Dougherty with a piece of local artwork during the Aug. 6, 2012 Havre de Grace City Council meeting. The group presents the annual Havre de Grace Art Show on Aug. 18 and 19.

Karen Green stole the show Monday night.
