The greatest thing about city council elections in HdG is the non-paritsan and upbeat spirit in which they are conducted. It is important that these local and simple elections not be elevated to expensive or party-aligned features. This in mind, I kind of smile to see Jim Miller "squatting" on Fred Cullum's tent.... Win or lose, like him or not, Jim is the salt of the earth.

@Curtis Coon -
Jim is also one of the best council members we have.

I pulled my sign and gave Joe back his chair and I was done for the night. Who needed a tent when you have friends.
