Hi! My name is Cedar. I am a cute energetic little boy—I weigh about 17 pounds. I came to the shelter as a stray with a pretty bad skin condition, but everyone has been working hard at making me better! I am staying in a foster home while I get healthy. Even though I came in as a stray, my foster parents say I have good house habits and we are working on improving! I would love to lay in your lap and cuddle, that is, when I am not playing with my toys or playing with other dogs!
