Jeff Wenski is the quiet guy behind the counter at Sweet Devotion in Havre de Grace.

Usually, he's the guy putting together crepes.

On Valentine's Day, though, someone at Laurrapin Grille will be making Jeff's meal. He just needs a date.

Granted a night off by Theresa and Deward Ray, the owners at Sweet Devotion, Jeff, 29, had no plans for Valentine's Day. So the staff at the cupcake shop on Route 40 stepped up and organized a raffle of the most eligible crepe-making bachelor in town.

Women can visit the shop, make a $1 donation and enter for a date with Jeff on Valentine's Day. Not just any date, either—dinner at Laurrapin Grille. Leftover proceeds will go to the Humane Society of Harford County. After all, Jeff loves pets.
