Many people ask, "Are people going crazy or are we just hearing about it now because of the internet and 24 hr News channels?" In my humble opinion, People are definately getting INSANELY violent and crazy, the people who say "No, there's just more news coverage" are part of the problem.

I am a young man cant decide if the world is going crazy or if I am just reading the news too much now-a-days. I am worried that the general public is getting a little dumber lately because in the news it seems like people cant stop from drowning or getting shot up, crashing their whole family's up and now eating each other!! Too much pop music and fluoride water

I wonder if this is another case of someone using the drug known as "bath salts"; it's very disturbing to read of this happening in Miami, and so close to home in MD Harford Co. Unreal.

The Miami Zombie was only known to have been a marijuana smoker, he was also hyper-religious and it appears that his behavior had been out of sorts for weeks prior to his flesh eating rampage. Toxicology reports will not be back for weeks. The reports of LSD and bath salts are mere speculation.

The Joppatowne Cannibal was apparently out of sorts for a while too, based on his deranged internet postings, and the reported baseball bat bludgeoning just 5 days before he (allegedly) feasted on the brains of his boarder. There has been no mention whatsoever of drugs in his case. People, including myself, are grasping for answers. And quite honestly, I would rather chalk these incidents up to Zombie Virus Induced Psychosis, over Reefer Madness.

I'm a pretty smart person, however, I have never heard of a zombie virus. Could someone explain this to me? I'm in college majoring in psychology with a minor in forensic and I am trying to learn all I can about the human brain and I want to help people who have " lost their minds". Most psychiatrist and therapist don't care these days, but I genuinely do, and this case is very disturbing.

You've gotta hand it to the cannibal's brother though for not losing his head upon discovering the remains and having the heart to report it to the police. Although I don't believe the Zombie Apocolypus stuff, I will say ... His picture is NOT helping to put that fire out ... He looks completely unstable and similar to how zombies have been portrayed in movies.
