My Google alerts for Havre de Grace often deliver to my inbox a dozen links a day to stories relating to "Havre de Grace."

But many of them have absolutely nothing to do with our fine city's news or current events.

Havre de Grace (not our city—the horse, got it?) will run in the $750,000 Grade 1 Woodward Stakes Sept. 3 at Saratoga, according to ESPN.com.
