UPDATE: Havre de Grace Under Coastal Flood Advisory

UPDATE (3 p.m.)—A coastal flood advisory is in effect for Harford, Anne Arundel and southern Baltimore counties until noon Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
Under a coastal flood advisory, low-lying areas are at risk of flooding due to a combination of winds and tides.
Havre de Grace could see levels one to two feet higher than usual at high tide, the National Weather Service reported.
High tide in Havre de Grace is 10:14 p.m. Tuesday and 10:14 a.m. Wednesday.
The weather service also issued a small craft advisory due to the potential for gusty winds.
Rain should start at about 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to the weather service, and moderate to heavy rainfall will continue until Wednesday morning.
In all, Havre de Grace may see between one to one-and-a-half inches of rain.
Temperatures will remain around 40 degrees until Wednesday.
