The Havre de Grace girls senior softball team won the 2012 District 5 championship.

UPDATED (1 p.m.)—Riley Arnold threw a complete game and Havre de Grace defeated Rising Sun, 8-2, on Tuesday to clinch the District 5 senior softball championship Tuesday night at Stancill Field.
Havre de Grace advances to the state tournament, which begins July 14 at Stancill Field.

The team includes Riley Arnold, Hailey Bethke, Megan Thompson, Ashley Algard, Rebecca Ashman, Abigail Harrison, Kateri Peters, Lindsey Fenner, Sarah Scott and Addie Richardson.
The team is managed by Jeff Thompson. Coaches are Ernie Grady and Tom Caine.

Thanks Sean for posting this. Their first game for the State Tournament will be on Sunday 7/15/2012 @ 11am. Everyone come out and cheer them on.
These girls came back from a loss to play ball and come out Champions!!!!
