Linden Lane, 800 block. 8:08 p.m. on Jan. 16. Money was stolen from a cigar box inside a residence. The victim said he kept the box, which contained spare cash, inside the bedroom. After he had two visitors over, the man discovered the cigar box was sitting on a living room chair, empty. The estimated value of money inside the box was $150.

Green Street, 300 block. 9:02 a.m. on Jan. 15. A handgun was reported stolen from a vehicle.

Congress Avenue at South Stokes Street. 12:41 a.m. on Jan. 15. A man took another person's jacket and ran away. The victim's cell phone was inside the jacket.
