Havre de Grace Crime: TV Dispute Leads to Assault
The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.
From the Havre de Grace Police Department:

South Juniata Street, 300 block, 4:55 p.m. on Nov. 19. An engine block and two axels, valued at approximately $1,400, were reported stolen. The items were last seen in the early afternoon, and were gone a few hours later. Police have no suspects, and the investigation is ongoing.
N. Stokes Street, 500 block, 7:05 p.m. on Nov. 18. A victim was reportedly assaulted during an argument over watching television. The man’s friend allegedly began kicking him and put him in a headlock. No serious injuries were reported, and the victim was referred to the Harford County Court Commissioner’s Office if he wished to pursue charges.
