Havre de Grace Crime: Public Urination, Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

 

From the Havre de Grace Police Department:

Tidewater Drive, 400 block, 6:37 a.m. on June 26. An individual reported that someone had urinated on his vehicle. The incident remains under investigation.

North Juniata Street and Pennington Avenue, 12:54 a.m. on June 26. Robert William Hall, 31, of the 700 block of Erie Street was charged with a criminal citation for a liquor law violation. Police said he had an open container in the 200 block of North Juniata Street.

South Union Avenue, 300 block, 1:20 p.m. on June 24. A woman in a purple shirt was arguing with a man in a Ford Explorer, but both individuals were gone when police arrived.

St. John Street and Congress Avenue, 1:49 a.m. on June 24. Two men were arguing in the street, and two females were trying to break up the altercation. The incident remains under investigation.

North Union Avenue, 500 block, 1:02 a.m. on June 24. Police responded to the 7-Eleven where a group of men were allegedly arguing with a group of bikers. The incident was broken up by the time police arrived and all individuals left without any further issues.

North Washington Street, 200 block, 10 p.m. on June 23. Police responded to a report of a large fight in progress, but individuals involved had departed before officers arrived.

North Union Avenue, 500 block, 12:37 p.m. on June 23. Police responded to a report of an intoxicated man yelling profanity, but the man had departed before officers arrived.

Tidewater Drive, 200 block, 4:58 a.m. on June 23. Police responded to a report of a disturbance, but individuals involved had departed before officers arrived.

North Washington, 200 block, June 21. Donald Wesley Baker, 40, of the 700 block of Market Street was arrested on a warrant from Harford County.
