Havre de Grace Crime: Laptop Stolen, Arrests

South Juniata Street, 400 block, 6:26 p.m. on April 23. Candy was reportedly shoplifted by an unknown individual.
MD Route 155 at Martin Road, 1:58 a.m. on April 22. Donald Wesley Baker, 40, of the 700 block of Market Street was arrested on a warrant through the Harford County Sheriff’s Office for failure to pay child support. Officers initially responded to a report of disorderly conduct before arresting Baker.
Pulaski Highway, 900 block, 11:34 a.m. on April 21. Hugh James Comiskey, 53, of the unit block of East Sixth Street in Huntington, NY was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Pulaski Highway, 1700 block, 1:16 a.m. on April 21. Stacey Michele Adams, 41, of the 1700 block of Earhart Road in Essex was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Union Avenue, 100 block, 11:28 a.m. on April 20. A laptop was reported stolen from the Havre de Grace Branch of the Harford County Library.
Pennington Avenue, 700 block, 7 a.m. on April 20. Crystal May Williams, 28, of the unit block of North Main Street in Port Deposit was issued a criminal summons charging her with malicious destruction of a vehicle. Williams, who allegedly slashed two tires on a vehicle in the 1800 block of Clark Road after a domestic dispute, was served at the Havre de Grace Police Department.
