Havre de Grace Crime: Bar Brawl, Waffle House Walkout
The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information.
Congress Ave., 700 block. 11:42 a.m. on Nov. 26. An assault was reported. No further information was available.
S. Union Ave., 800 block. 11:32 a.m. on Nov. 26. Police received a report of vandalism to a car.
Centennial Ln. near Green St. 4:41 p.m. on Nov. 25. During a traffic stop, police found that one of three people in the vehicle—a passenger—had an active warrant out for his arrest in Arkansas for violating probation. The man was extradited to Arkansas.
S. Union Ave, 700 block. 7:46 p.m. on Nov. 24. While the tenant of an apartment was sleeping, the doorframe to the apartment was damaged. Police said there was no indication of how the damage was done, and there were no suspects.
Saint John St., 400 block. 12:36 a.m. on Nov. 24. Someone reported a large fight outside Coakley’s Pub. Police arrived to find a large crowd but no fighting. They questioned a man with minor scratches on his face, who said he had gotten into an argument with some people he knew from around town but he refused police and medical assistance and didn’t want to press charges.
Congress Ave., 600 block. 8:54 p.m. on Nov. 23. A man reported that a blue box truck he used for work had been damaged.
Pulaski Hwy., 800 block. 2:36 a.m. on Nov. 22. Four juveniles walked out on a check at the Waffle House. Police said the estimated loss to the restaurant was $22.46. Police have not identified the suspects.
Saint John St., 300 block. 2:09 a.m. on Nov. 22. After a driver backed into a flowerpot and broke it outside La Banque de Fleuve, the owner of the flowerpot said the act was intentional and reported it as vandalism to police. The estimated value of the flowerpot was $100. The driver was gone when police arrived.
Bayview Dr., 1400 block. 3:11 p.m. on Nov. 21. A battery-operated bicycle was reported stolen on Oct. 7.
Bayview Dr., 1400 block. 2:51 p.m. on Nov. 21. Three rings were reported stolen from a residence on Oct. 14. Police said it was not clear whether this was related to the previous incident.
