A winter weather advisory is in effect for Havre de Grace until 9 p.m.
Northern Harford County may see 1 to 2 inches of snow by Friday evening, with sometimes heavy snow, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Be prepared for snow-covered roads and limited visibilities, the NWS said.
