Haley Dean scored five goals and the Warriors girls lacrosse team held on for a 14-10 win against Elkton at James R. Harris Stadium Tuesday night.

The Warriors lead, 8-5, at halftime and improved to 5-2 with the win.

Dean added an assist in leading the Havre de Grace attack.

Margaret Stump and Katie Thompson both scored two goals. Brianna Haffey, Kara Neiberlein and Haley Stewart each had a goal and an assist. Carly Thompson and Eva Villareal scored single goals each.

Katie Thompson had four ground balls and Helen Boniface had four interceptions.

Goalie Abbie Blessing made seven saves in the win.

The Warriors host Perryville at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday and Bel Air at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
