Concord Point Coffee Opens on North Washington Street
The coffee shop replaces Jana's Java.
Coffee drinkers in downtown Havre de Grace have a new option for getting their fix. Concord Point Coffee recently replaced Jana's Java on North Washington Street.
For months, the storefront has advertised a "grand reopening" and now it's open with more hours and services than before.
In its previous life as Jana's Java, the coffee shop was open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Now Concord Point Coffee is open seven days a week. On New Year's eve, it will be open until 2 a.m.
Customers at Concord Point Coffee will find a traditional mixture of coffees, teas and other drinks on the menu. Seasonal specials such as "egg nog caramel mocha" and "spider cider" are also sprinkled into the shop's offerings.
As for food, Concord Point sells bagels, pastries and cookies. It also offers dog treats for those with canine companions. In addition to being dog friendly, the coffee shop is web friendly; free wireless service is available to customers.
Concord Point Coffee is located at 217 N. Washington Street in Havre de Grace. Regular hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
