After an opening prayer by Tom Guilliams of the Salvation Army and a presentation by Harford County's Tiffany Robinson on the county's five-year consolidated plan, council will hear comments from citizens on agenda items.
The legislative session will begin with a resolution concerning the Tidewater Players and Havre de Grace Main Street leases at the former City Hall building on Union Avenue.
A charter amendment to alter the rate charge on water and sewer fees for three years will be introduced. Council met to discuss water and sewer fees last week, after Mayor Wayne Dougherty proposed a four-year plan in January.
Among the ordinances will be two pertaining to the Harford County road code. Council will take action after the city recently stopped work on the Scenic Manor development along Chapel Road.
The third ordinance involves a modification of city's taxicab code.
Two events are also up for consideration: Restore Church's movies at the park on Aug. 24 and Aug. 31, and New Hope Christian Fellowship United Methodist Church's Home for a Home 5K Walk/Run on June.
Patch will provide live coverage of the meeting beginning at 6:45 p.m.
