City Council: Budget Unveiled, Resolutions
Havre de Grace City Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday.
Mayor Wayne Dougherty will unveil the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2013 during Monday's City Council meeting.
City Council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

Dougherty and City Council will also make a special presentation, and they will hear presentations from Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps Chief Jeremy Mothershed as well as the Havre de Grace High School Envirothon team.
Two resolutions are also on the agenda: one pertaining to the Star Spangled Banner National Historic Trail, and another concerning a sustainable community application.
Four special events will be presented to council for approval:
- Havre de Grace Farmers Market » every Saturday May 5 through Oct. 27
- First Friday » every Friday May 4 through Nov. 2
- 16th Annual Harford Memorial Hospital Celebration Run » Sept. 22
- Relay for Life » June 8
Dougherty will present council with the proposed budget during his regular address.
Councilman Jim Miller has requested "a closed session to discuss legal issues rearding streets."
