3.4 % of Maryland citizens having gambling problems? I would assume the state would've already known that would happen from studies taken from other states that have casinos along with a state lottery. But hey, those people are expendable right?. Let their lives ruin while the state takes in hundreds of millions of dollars to better our childrens' education!....(..choke...choke..)
