2 Masked Men Rob BP Station at Gunpoint

The incident took place Tuesday night in Havre de Grace.

Two men wearing masks robbed a gas station at gunpoint Tuesday night in Havre de Grace.

The incident took place around 10:50 p.m. on August 28 at the BP gas station in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace police spokesman PFC Jeff Gilpin said.

The men were covered from head to toe in dark clothing and police have no suspects, Gilpin said.

Gilpin explained that the men entered the station when one displayed a handgun. They then removed cash from the register and merchandise from the store before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.

"We really have very little to go on right now," Gilpin said.

The investigation is ongoing.

This is a sign of the times. I hope no one was injuried. Its sad that we have to read these kinda stories day in and day out. I assume, BP doesnt have cameras there ? Personally, I"m fed up with seeing our local business have to deal with lowlifes like these. Unfortinatly, the men and women of our Police Dept. cant be everywhere at the same time .If these are locals, I would hope that someone will do the right thing and come forward with information. Lets get this scum off the streets before someone gets hurt or worse.
